• This psalm is nearly identical to Psalm 14. It may be here to help believers have a right view of unbelievers in light of Psalm 52.
• Verse 5 relates how God’s people can fear the threats of the wicked. Why shouldn’t they? Cf. 2 Kings 19:35 for an example.
