Job 20

Zophar maintains that Job has sinned because God always judges the wicked, revealing their true character.

  • Zophar says (vv. 4–11) the good days of the wicked are short and they will eventually suffer. What is his point to Job?
  • In verses 20–29 Zophar says that the true character of the wicked is eventually revealed and they will get what they deserve.
  • How sure is Zophar of his beliefs (v. 29)?
