Satan attacks Job’s health, but Job still trusts the Lord.

• To understand the expression “skin for skin” (v. 4), be sure to read the rest of the verse. Essentially, Satan accuses Job of being willing to let others suffer to save his own skin.
• What can you learn about Satan from chapters 1–2?
• Meditate on Job’s second statement in verse 10. This is easy to say but challenging to live, isn’t it? How can you pray for the challenges you and others face in light of this?
