Orwell Bible Church seeks to glorify God by making and maturing disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. Another way we can say this is We strive to honor our holy God by

• Winning the lost to Christ,
• Building believers up in Christ, and
• Sending laborers out for Christ.

The lost will only be saved by responding to the gospel of Christ with repentant faith. Believers will only be built up in Christ and faithfully serve Him by obeying His Word. Thus, the following ministries of Orwell Bible Church are directly geared toward teaching, explaining, and practically applying the Scriptures.

Sunday Morning Worship—Believers gather together to worship God through singing, listening to the Word, praying, giving, and fellowshiping with one another.

Sunday Fellowship Meal–A great time each week of fellowship around the table.

Sunday Afternoon Service—Similar to our time of worship in the morning with opportunities for testimonies, prayer, and interaction.

Wednesday Prayer Meeting and Bible Study—A time of singing, testimonies, Bible study, sharing of prayer requests and praises, but most importantly a dedication of ourselves to praying.

Nursery—A safe, clean, and well-staffed nursery is provided at all services to enable parents to listen to the Word while their children are well-cared for.

Men’s Fellowship and Prayer Breakfast—Men 12 years old and up get together the second Saturday of each month for prayer and fellowship.

Ladies’ Fellowship—Trish Greenfield meets the fourth Saturday each month with the ladies for a special time of fellowship, Bible study, and prayer.

Special Fellowship Opportunities are periodically planned for serving the Lord and enjoying our relationship as believers in Jesus Christ.

Peniel Bible Camp—Special retreats and youth camps are provided through this local-church oriented camping ministry of The Ohio Bible Fellowship.
